Notice of Contract Award

Provision of Application Software Support and Maintenance Services for Terminal 1 (T1) Baggage Handling System (BHS) at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T101/24/NC)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Provision of Application Software Support and Maintenance Services for Terminal 1 (T1) Baggage Handling System (BHS) at the Hong Kong International Airport (Tender Ref: PRO/T101/24/NC) to DXC Technology Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Limited at Suites 1909 – 1913, 19/F, No. 1111 King’s Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong on 27 March 2024. The estimated total contract value for the period of two years with an option to extend for a period up to two years commencing from 1 April 2024 is HK$11M.

Procurement was by way of limited tender due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.
