Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Contract T23W018 Design, Supply and Delivery of ACS Core System Servers, Workstations, Software and Lift Control Equipment (Tender Ref: PRO/T605/23/MP) to Controlled Electronic Management Systems Limited at 195 Airport Road West, Belfast BT3 9ED, Northern Ireland on 3 May 2024 with contract commencement date on 7 May 2024. The awarded Contract Sum was HK$30,978,634.00.

Procurement was by way of limited tendering due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.
